Scholastic is counting down the top 100 read-aloud books and we can't wait to see number one!

We adore lists here at Smart Apps for Kids because we know you love lists too! They are fun to agree or disagree with or to find new and wonderful things like say, apps (our favorite!) or books to read to our little bundles of happiness. Mostly, I read to my kids because I don't want to feel guilty about making them go to bed early but I also like the idea of raising highly literate and intelligent humans that will one day grow up, make lots of money and buy that gorgeous summer home for Mama. Everyone has dreams.
