MarcoPolo Ocean offers children hours of educational fun, all with a bright and interactive ocean theme! Kids will enjoy the 6 building activities, which include a coral reef, several different types of octopuses, marine mammals, fish, a boat, and a submarine or submersible. Visual hints are given when needed, and the narrator teaches children all about ocean life as they are building. This option can be changed in the parent section, if desired. Once an item, fish or mammal has been built, it is placed in the ocean scene, and children can interact and play with it!

In this app, the 6 main activities are presented like puzzles, but there is much to learn from them. Kids have the opportunity to take in a wealth of information about marine life, habitat and more, all while they are having a great time. When an activity is completed, an item, fish, or mammal is added to the child's ocean scene, and they can choose to play with it or move on to build more. The detail in the activities, as well as the narrated information make the app stand out. There are also fish, mammals, divers, and fish food that can be added, using a tab toward the bottom of the screen. Kids can explore their own personal ocean, from the top to the depths, watch how animals interact by bringing them near each other, feed the fish and mammals, see what happens when you tap an octopus, and explore on their own. This is an app that you must grab before the price goes back up!
